  • At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems — from code to databases — taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.
  • Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.
  • We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the engine that brings Resolve AI to market. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience. You’ll partner closely with our GTM leaders and founders to ensure each hire strengthens our culture, accelerates our mission, and raises the talent bar.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, from pipeline development to offer close, across sales, revenue ops, success, and support.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to shape role requirements, align on hiring goals, and drive seamless execution across searches.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies that prioritize speed, creativity, and top-of-funnel quality.
  • Craft high-touch candidate experiences that reflect our culture of urgency, empathy, and excellence.
  • Continually iterate on recruiting processes and tooling to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a strong GTM focus at high-growth startups or scaling B2B SaaS companies.
  • Deep experience hiring across customer-facing and revenue-generating teams, including technical GTM roles.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and close senior talent with a high bar for excellence.
  • Strong business acumen, able to understand our go-to-market strategy and how each hire fits into that mission.
  • Polished communication and relationship-building skills, with an executive presence when interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative, resourceful, and relentlessly proactive in building pipelines and solving search challenges.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools including Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
