We are at the cross-section of several disciplines, including Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production & Operations, Content Strategy, Data and Insights, Video Monetization and Ad Operations, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services and more.**Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid): Burbank, CA 91505, OR New York, NY Hours: 9am to 6pm in their time zone We seek an impactful program manager who can run highly complex data-led programs in a fast-paced environment through applying precision tracking, initiative, and creativity. Individuals should be highly skilled Agile program management professionals, great teammates, lifelong learners, and phenomenal communicators, with a passion for servant-leadership. Your primary responsibility will be serving as the program manager for high profile programs and supporting various teams in their agile planning process.Responsibilities This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:Leading projects / programs that span multiple departments with various stakeholders to ensure teams are achieving their commitments.Driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.Promote and evangelize a balanced and consistent DIG best practices including portfolio management.Actively identifying and removing impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.Working as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships and habits.Provide program management support to drive programs & projects to completion.Communicate program and projects' status updates to a large group of stakeholders; including executive leadership.Qualities / Experience We're Seeking We believe these are the key requirements to be successful:7 years experience as an agile program manager in a technical/analytical environment.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA are recommended.Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment.Experience working as part of a larger Program Management Office to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risk.Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners, sometimes across multiple time zones.Comfortable with making decisions that are thoughtful with limited data and lots of ambiguity.Entertainment experience is nice to have, but we care more about overall experience in program managementReference: 1048012 Don't meet every single requirement?
