Qualification:
We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with 5 years experience in creating comprehensive suite of HUB/patient services that support the brand experience once patients’ initiate treatment. This person must have strong digital acumen to expertly manage digital and non-digital projects from start to finish, including day-to-day management of timelines, briefs, and quality control. Must demonstrate ability to identify barriers to treatment and build strategies and tactics that facilitates quick product trial, usage, long-term adherence and increased patient satisfaction that align to the branded patient journey.
Experience in Veeva and/or Ziflow platforms are a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop education that drive patient action; understanding of adult learning principles and health literacy
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships within the agency, with agency partners, and with client counterparts
• Provide training and mentorship to the junior account team
• Run internal & client meetings and be articulate in championing the agency perspective
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver ideas, and flawless execution that exceed expectations and support brand objectives
• Nurture a collaborative team spirit; make it fun to come to work
• Own vendor partner relationships
• Keep senior account management team members informed/know when to pull them in and prepare them for discussions internally and externally
• Management experience for 1-2 direct reports
• Support client financial management, develop budgets, in collaboration with appropriate team members, draft scopes of work; manage client-facing finance reports including accruals and invoicing
