Marketing is no longer a support function at Revmo.ai — it’s a growth engine. We’re building a pipeline machine that combines world-class Conversational AI with strategic go-to-market execution. And we need a growth marketer who can help engineer it.


As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own and scale the campaigns, tooling, and programs that directly fuel revenue. You’ll sit inside the revenue team — not on the sidelines — and your work will directly impact how fast we grow, how efficiently we acquire customers, and how effectively our brand wins in-market.


This role isn’t about optimizing for impressions or clicks. It’s about owning outcomes: more pipeline from strategic accounts, better conversion across the funnel, and scalable systems that unlock the next stage of Revmo’s growth. You’ll have full visibility, full ownership, and full expectation to deliver results.


You’ll work alongside sales, product, and leadership — and you’ll be expected to challenge the status quo, experiment fast, and drive forward momentum every week.

Responsibilities

Architect & Execute a SaaS ABM Strategy

  • Segment and tier ICP accounts using firmographic, technographic, and intent data; build target lists in HubSpot (primary CRM), enhanced by Clay.com
  • Orchestrate 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays across channels—AI-generated sequences in Instantly, paid search, programmatic display, AI-powered personalization, gifting, and Revmo conversational AI touchpoints
  • Stand up dashboards in HubSpot to track deal progression, ICP penetration, and play efficacy


Launch Revenue-Centric Campaigns

  • Rapidly launch experiments: creative briefs, landing pages, GPT-assisted ad copy, personalized video, chatbot flows—then test, measure, iterate
  • Own paid budgets (search, retargeting) with ruthless focus on CAC ↔ LTV efficiency


Super-Charge Revenue Team Productivity

  • Equip reps with AI-powered sequencing (Instantly), dynamic content, and real-time intent alerts to prioritize the right prospects daily
  • Build & refine enablement assets—battlecards, one-pagers, ROI calculators, competitive analysis, and 1:1 Revmo AI agents personalized to ABM tiers


Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Track everything: TOFU → Revenue. Use HubSpot, GA4, or SQL to uncover levers and drive action
  • Deliver weekly readouts to the CRO: insights, wins, experiments in motion


Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on ownership of digital and ABM programs
  • Strong command of HubSpot (reporting, workflows, sequences)
  • Experience with tools like Clay.com, Instantly, Mutiny, or equivalents
  • Proven track record of impacting pipeline, velocity, CAC, and revenue outcomes
  • Analytical and data fluent — comfortable building and interpreting dashboards
  • Comfortable working closely with GTM and product teams to drive strategy
  • Must be based in Phoenix and work from our office — this is an in-person role, fully embedded in our revenue team


Bonus Points For

  • Experience launching or scaling a product-led growth (PLG) motion
  • Familiarity with Google Performance Max, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, or similar
  • Experience in high-volume verticals like restaurant, automotive, or healthcare
  • Ability to write compelling copy, structure outbound sequences, or launch video-based campaigns
  • Comfort working in early-stage startup environments with minimal hand-holding
