Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Financial Analyst to join our team at our location in Temple, TX.
Your Role:
As a Plant Financial Analyst, you will identify, evaluate and recommend actions to improve profitability and participate in strategy formulation for the plant. The person in this role will ensure necessary processes and functions are maintained, monitored, and controlled in accordance with GAAP and SOX financial standards, corporate and business unit policies, including maintaining proper electronics and hard copy documentation and maintaining the control environment at the plant.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the plant’s financial records
- Support audit activities
- Prepare income statement and detailed cost of goods sold
- Provide analytical support and reporting

We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of GAAP and advanced financial analysis capabilities, including a strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Competency in relevant financial skills such as P&L analysis along with other various decision-making financial analysis tools
- Ability to mine data from multiple sources, consolidate information timely and accurately and communicate findings with senior level management
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
