What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Rezilyens, LLC?
This position is a shared position that works closely with another team member. It will support several business groups within the Technology department by:
• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day TS invoicing. These activities include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare and process Invoices and Purchase Orders, while ensuring accuracy and an appropriate control environment
• Requires basic accounting knowledge, familiar with cost centers, general ledger, capital versus operating
• Ensuring daily transactions are appropriately executed, research outstanding payments and other invoicing items
• Determining/ monitoring / analyzing daily purchase orders to ensure they are created per statement of work
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers as well as internal teams
• Meeting team SLAs including ensuring POs are approved in a timely manner
• Develop relationships with appropriate contacts within TS management and Finance
• Must have Advanced Excel
• Must have basic PowerPoint experience
• Must be able to work closely with all members of the team
• Prepare presentations, and other special projects as assigned.
• Must be able to work independently, fully researching items
Must have exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a large corporate environment; the ability to use initiative and judgment in carrying out tasks; strong multi-tasking skills, very good detail orientation with good organizational and retention skills. Must be able to perform timely on time-sensitive tasks.
