This Position Is a Shared Position That Works Closely With Another Team Member. It Will Support Several Business Groups Within The Technology Department By
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day TS invoicing. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and process Invoices and Purchase Orders, while ensuring accuracy and an appropriate control environment
- Requires basic accounting knowledge, familiar with cost centers, general ledger, capital versus operating
- Ensuring daily transactions are appropriately executed, research outstanding payments and other invoicing items
- Determining/ monitoring / analyzing daily purchase orders to ensure they are created per statement of work
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers as well as internal teams
- Meeting team SLAs including ensuring POs are approved in a timely manner
- Develop relationships with appropriate contacts within TS management and Finance
- Must have Advanced Excel
- Must have basic PowerPoint experience
- Must be able to work closely with all members of the team
- Prepare presentations, and other special projects as assigned.
- Must be able to work independently, fully researching items
