We are looking for a Patient Registration Representative/ Front Desk that is punctual, detail oriented, responsible, who can answer the phones, and is professional, respectful, as well as able to multi-task to fill a full-time position here at our Chino location.

Our practice was founded in 2006 in Ontario, CA by a team of experienced medical practitioners focused on delivering high quality and affordable diagnostic imaging services including vascular and interventional procedures. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Accessing report of Pre-Certification cases pending pre-certification completion
- Obtaining required documentation such as Patient demographics, insurance information, and referral to begin the Pre-Certification process
- Calling Insurance provider and obtaining pre-certification details in order to provide services to patients
- Call Patient’s Primary Care Physician and provide/obtain crucial information needed to complete pre-certification process if required by insurance
- Must be able to follow up on pending pre-certification requests in a timely manner
- Will be required to train in our scheduling department to obtain knowledge on scheduling process
- Knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards (a plus)
- Highly skilled in maintaining strong relations with providers and patients
- Customer service background and focus
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 Codes
- Medical billing, Insurance verification experience (a plus)
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, physicians and patients
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure
- Bilingual English/ Spanish in mandatory
