The Patient Coordinator will develop care plans and coordinate patient care services by working with patients and their families to ensure they are given the best care possible.

- Register clients at the front desk.
- Place and receive calls to schedule patients for exams.
- Handle medical records requests.
- Use data to perform analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information.
- Communicate with patients about their status through email, phone, and face-to-face conversations.
- Manage patient accounts with confidentiality.
- Schedule patient visits and answering questions, including billing and preparation.
- Ensure services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.
- Immediately accrue PTO as you work! (Full Time)
