Job Location: 10 Finderne Avenue, Bridgewater, NJ 08807
Position Type: contract( 3 months) with possible extension
Pay rate - $26/hr on w2 with benefits.
Hybrid- 2 days onsite
Qualifications:
The right candidate should be able to function in a very busy office environment
and be able to manage their responsibilities despite many interruptions. The CSR
position requires a high degree of professionalism; strong organizational,
communication, and computer skills; and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The
right candidate will display a friendly/helpful demeanor to; customers, vendors and
fellow employees.
SAP Required
Salesforce experience (not necessary, but preferred)
Self motivated/ Independent worker
Customer Service experience
Microsoft Office applications/ Outlook”
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about
products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
