The Sales Operations & Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations and Business Development team by contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, reliability and consistency of the sales process.
The person in this role will provide administrative & client support as directed by the National Director of Sales Operations & Business Development.
This is a full-time, remote position. Hours may vary including nights, holidays and weekends as necessary to support our clients and/or scheduled events.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Sales presentations, proposals & promotional materials
- Assist in tracking dept. budget & expenditures
- Coordinate scheduling & follow-up for client meetings & sales calls
- Maintain accurate information in CRM platform(s) for leads & client accounts
- Assist in planning, execution & tracking of digital, social media & email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on content creation for social media posts, newsletters & company website
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows & conferences
- Assist with & maintain market research including competitors, industry trends & client feedback
- Administrative tasks including fielding incoming communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and skills
- Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read, draft & interpret all necessary reports & correspondence
- Emotional intelligence to interact calmly & professionally across all levels of management with a diverse background of colleagues & clients.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail & Google apps (Sheets, Meetings, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Entertainment Industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ProCrewz is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Capable of sitting or standing for prolonged periods while using a computer or participating in meetings, promotional events, etc.
- Prolonged viewing of computer screens
- This position may be subject to varying levels of travel, at times as well as varying levels of noise, weather and smoke when on a job site.
This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
This position is not eligible for stocks and/or stock options.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
