Key Responsibilities :
- Work on developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the creation, enhancement, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the design and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions
- Spearhead learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and organizational capability
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on people-related matters
- Manage NYC office management staff and operations
Qualifications :
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - 1$90,000 Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
