KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify required Insurance coverage is associated with assigned loans. Input Property, Liability, and any other applicable insurance terms into system of record, which includes limits, expirations, and premiums. Save applicable insurance documents to the system of record. Correspond with applicable internal groups regarding insurance limits, expirations, and premiums. Correspond with external groups, including other Loan Servicers and insurance brokers regarding insurance limits, expirations, and premiums. Continuously monitor insurance statuses to ensure insurance covenants meet the Loan requirements. Maintain system notes, follow up dates and required reporting information. Work with Quantum and Rialto staff to answer Insurance related inquiries. Work with multiple Master Servicers with Insurance requests, approvals, and research Assist with various projects as assigned (Pre-acquisition, loan sale, etc.) SPECIFICATIONS: Associate degree in business management or real estate is preferred or equivalent work experience. 2 years prior Insurance experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all organizational levels. Must be team-oriented and work well in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are strongly desired. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must also be proficient with Excel using formulas and pivot tables. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
