What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with the solutions engineering team and clients to identify project requirements
- Write reference connectors and integrate client systems into proprietary AI systems
- Manage multiple client projects from initiation to completion, typically ranging from a few days to weeks
- Work with Solutions Architects and clients to assess project effectiveness
- Complete administrative training for system setup and configuration
- Coordinate with Client Success Managers, Solutions Architects, company Administrators, and AI Analysts as necessary
- Provide weekly project updates to client project managers.
- Create essential documentation for a smooth project handover to clients or third parties
What are the minimum qualifications?
- 3 years of professional experience in Python, JavaScript, or Go (Golang)
- Skilled in APIs, web services, and third-party integrations
- Familiar with no-code automation platforms like Zapier and Microsoft Power Platform
- Proficient in data formats: JSON, XML, CSV
- Knowledgeable in SQL and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Experienced with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI
- Understand cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and deployment tools
- Proven ability to create customized software solutions for clients
