For over 76 years Rice Lake Weighing Systems (RLWS) has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our communities. Measurement Systems International, a Rice Lake Weighing Systems Company, is seeking a Final Assembler to join our team in Kent, WA.
The selected individual will perform small to medium electro-mechanical assembly tasks following blue prints, work instructions, drawings and verbal instruction; strong attention to detail required. Responsible for work order documentation and reporting of any issues. The selected individual will work in a team environment with Production, Service, Shipping and Receiving.
Skills
- Experience and comfort with a variety of tooling. This position includes the use of a soldering iron, hand crimps, pliers, scissors, crimpers and numerous hand tools.
- Strong soldering skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of relevant experience
Applicants must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions and complete related forms and documents. In addition, the selected person will have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
This position will work a standard shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and occasional overtime. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour.
