OFFICE ASSISTANT Standish, MI - Richardson Automotive. A part-time Office Assistant for our growing organization. Richardson Automotive is a family owned and operated company, we're all about service!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming phone calls to the dealership
- Assist in checking out customers/operating the cash register.
- Assist in filing/organizing car deal folders and closed service repair orders
- Review completed car deals, and working with the appropriate staff to clear up any discrepancies.
- Ensure that the car deals/records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.
- Obtain trade in titles and other missing information for incomplete car deals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Some customer service experience preferred
- Good computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have excellent follow through and attention to detail
Skills/Qualifications:
- Organizational and time management skills are preferred
- Good communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, excel, etc.)
