Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION : Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, coordinates administrative functions for the Residential Department and provides administrative assistance to the Director. Coordinates, organizes, implements, monitors and / or performs the fiscal functions of the department. Is supervisor to the administrative staff in Residential Services.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS : Completion of secondary education or equivalent. Minimum 2 years clerical experience in a responsible secretarial position with administrative responsibilities. (A combination of education and / or related experience may be considered.) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess ability to manage and use several computer based applications. Prefer previous accounting or bookkeeping experience utilizing computer applications. Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License and be insurable.
Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, position, and transfer.
