Richmond Community Services, a leading provider of support services for Westchester County's developmentally, intellectually and behaviorally challenged individuals, is seeking a dynamic Residence Manager for a group home located in Mohegan Lake, New York.

Position Summary
The Residence Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the floor ensuring support of high quality of life for those individuals who live there and that each individual's person-centered needs (including but not limited to: physical, medical, emotional, social, familial, safety, and communication needs) are supported within the residential setting. The Manager supervises and provides direction to the staff, acts as a liaison with families and the community, has detailed knowledge of the individual supported and fosters Richmond's Mission and Vision, maintains the fiscal integrity of the residence, and ensures compliance with organizational, procedural and quality standards. The Manager works cooperatively with all RCS departments to ensure the quality of life and continuity of care for the individuals served.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, or 5 years of relevant supervisory experience within the developmental disabilities field and demonstrated competence in independently managing/supervising staff.
- Good computer and organizational skills.
- This position is full-time and the candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including some late evenings, early mornings, and/or weekends.
