- High School Diploma
- Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred.
- Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
- Be able to use basic computer skills
- Multi-tasking is a priority
- Be able to recognize and greet our member’s by name
- Make coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner
- Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary
- Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
- Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
- Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our member’s best interests
- Maintain a positive attitude while working with team members
- Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity
- Alert supervisor of any current or potential problems
- Possess good communication and written skills
- Be able to comprehend instructions and information
- Have the people skills necessary to work effectively with the members and fellow employees
