What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aides / PCA/ Companions position at Right at Home Northern Westchester County, NY?

We’re looking for experienced and mature CNA or HHA as well as non Certified caregivers who can communicate and document well and has a Driver's License and willing to work in Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, and/or Rockland Counties
Caregivers who are Reliable, responsible, have good judgment, caring, compassionate, and provide good companionship – a person who provides care from their heart.
You will follow a comprehensive care plan that includes: assisting client with companion care, preparing well balanced meals, medication reminders and some light housekeeping duties. You will work closely with our caring and compassionate staff coordinators.
Requirements:
If you are a CNA or HHA or PCA or an Experienced Caregiver,
Have a valid driver's license and have a reliable car, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
