The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Livermore, California, United States.
- Retrieve individual medical files from storage boxes and identify required data fields for entry into the database.
- Enter pertinent information accurately and efficiently into the designated database system.
- Organize and return files to storage boxes after data entry completion, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Maintain a seated position at the workstation while performing data entry tasks, with occasional periods of physical movement to retrieve or return storage boxes.
Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph), with 100% accuracy confirmed by ‘double key’ verification
- Typing Test - required
- Ability to lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and from/to workstation
- Ability to carry cartons ranging in weight from 30-50 lbs. for distances up to 20 feet on a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes
- Ability to work8 am-4:30 pm 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
