About the role
We are looking for a Quality Expediter - This role will work closely with the Quality and R&D departments to protect the historic reputation of U.S. Borax’s products by interfacing with local and global stakeholders to ensure the Quality clearance processes run smoothly. Reporting to the Quality & R&D Superintendent, you will be:
- Clear Quality approved products for shipment
- Fulfill certificate of analysis requests
- Lead the safety and quality culture in the Quality and R&D Departments
- Assist with the duties of the Quality Laboratory and R&D Supervisors
- Ship and receive special laboratory samples
- Support the smooth operation of the Quality and R&D departments
- Assist with analytical method review
- Deploy logic to resolve the root cause of issues
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must have current and valid state civil driver’s license
Nice to have
- ISO9001 experience is an asset
