You’ll play a key role in managing the order-to-cash process, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to a culture that values accuracy, accountability, and a good laugh.
What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking an organized and energetic AR Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, chargebacks, and reconciliation across multiple platforms—including Amazon. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Payments
- Invoice customers via vendor portals and ERP systems
- Accurately process and apply incoming payments
Collections & Chargebacks
- Monitor overdue balances and follow up professionally
- Manage chargebacks and disputes from documentation to resolution
Amazon Reconciliation
- Reconcile revenue from Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon
- Identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain organized records and support audits
- Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close and cash forecasting
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces (Seller Central, Merch by Amazon)
- Experience managing chargebacks and dispute resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting tools (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) and Excel
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preparing and winning chargeback disputes
- Comfort navigating Amazon reporting and reconciliation tools
- Interest in improving systems and documenting better processes
