You will be evaluating inspection reports, requesting materials and contacting project managers and homeowners to schedule the repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Calling project managers and homeowners to schedule repairs in a timely fashion.
- Scheduling repairs in the computer with materials and the correct installers
- Organizing and prioritizing all workloads as it comes in
- Working closely with field staff on any changes to service orders
- Working with the warehouse to pull inventory and have it ready in a timely fashion.
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with RFMS software is a plus!
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
