Property Management company is looking for a responsible Front Desk Associate to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Front Desk Associate include providing support to our property management and maintenance team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Front Desk Associate responsibilities include making showing appointments, scheduling maintenance, assisting with general questions in regards to leasing and tenancy, maintaining leasing and maintenance records and supporting upper management as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, basic office equipment and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Front Desk Associate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments for Property Managers and Maintenance Techs
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to current and prospective residents
- Provide support to our Property Management team
- Manage storage units within the rental portfolio
- Assist Property Managers with administrative task and follow ups.
Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist and or office assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
