We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our Woodland Mobile Home Park located in the Hickory, NC area.Address: 3987 Section House Road Hickory, NC 28601
We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! Our Property Managers will be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Managers, for all aspects of a manufactured housing community. This position is responsible for managing a community and the team members that support it. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
- 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
- Ensuring 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
- 100% compliance to company home standards
- Managing to an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner"
- Maintaining of common areas
- Groundskeeping
- Landscaping
- Trash Pick Up
- Water Meter Readings
- Focus to customer service
- Attending to community needs outside of normal business hours as needed
- Plan and execute quarterly resident events
- Successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players”
- Maximize the communities’ profitability
- Sets high standards for themselves and their team
- Works with integrity and honesty
- Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
- Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- 1 years of experience within the maintenance industry, preferably in mobile home property maintenance.
- Additional property management experience is preferred
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Ability to see a project from creation to completion, working within a financial budget. Must be able to envision the end result needed with the project to ensure a proper project plan is put in place.
- Must be bought into the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
- Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
- The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred
