What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supported Employment Supervisor position at Riverwood Center?
POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises staff that provides supported employment services for persons with mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in recovery. Plans and determines teamwork priorities, staff utilization and caseloads. Implements and monitor the team’s practices, efficiencies, and effectiveness. Provides direct services, documents, and provides clinical guidance as directed to other clinical and direct care staff as appropriate.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Two or more years’ experience providing mental health services, experience in employment services and prefer at least one years’ supervisory experience. Must have reliable means of transportation and maintain safe driving record
Salary : $54,000 - $68,400
