Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accessioner. This role is based in Charleston, South Carolina, and operates in a business casual workplace. As an Accessioner, you will be tasked with managing data entry tasks, performing data analysis, and maintaining communication with medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lab test reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Input the information from lab reports into letters or email correspondences intended for the ordering doctor or patient.
• Utilize your basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data effectively.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information, adhering to relevant data privacy regulations.
• Maintain efficient and accurate records of all lab tests and results.
• Address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to the lab test reports.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
• Utilize your coding skills to input data and information accurately into the system.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role.
• A strong understanding of Data Science is required.
• Basic Computer Skills are necessary to perform daily tasks.
• Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Excel is crucial.
• Competency in MS Excel is expected.
• Familiarity with Spreadsheets is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis are necessary.
