In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining financial records and assisting with daily accounting activities.Responsibilities:• Accurately download and manage gift batch information from the main donor database into spreadsheets.• Ensure accurate data entry and document review for gift information in the General Ledger (NetSuite).• Handle the preparation and completion of adjusting journal entries.• Collaborate effectively with the Gift Processing Team and a Senior Accountant.• Carry out bank reconciliation tasks.• Respond to any ad-hoc assignments effectively.• Use Financial Edge and spreadsheet software for various accounting tasks.• Conduct detailed review of financial transactions and records.
