- Prepare complex accounting analyses and journal entries to ensure the accuracy of balance sheet accounts, including accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and reserves.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and other internal/external financials for use by internal operating management, board of directors, and external parties.
- Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or solve complex problems, with a focus on accounting processes, systems, and controls.
- Perform analysis to assist in the preparation of monthly results and comparisons with budget.
- Manage sections of the balance sheet.
- Assist with quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Support the improvement of internal controls.
- Maintain a collaborative mindset and effort, working effectively with the finance team and organizational leaders.
- Utilize skills in General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Month End Close.
