In this role, you will be tasked with handling various accounting duties such as invoice processing, data entry, and account reconciliation. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately process invoices and enter them into NetSuite• Maintain and update customer credit records effectively• Scan invoices into NetSuite and ensure they are accurately recorded• Handle account reconciliation tasks• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations• Execute data entry tasks into NetSuite• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks• Scan and shred documents after ensuring they are properly recorded in the system• Carry out billing tasks as required.
