Responsibilities:• Develop strategic plans for the organization's financial operations, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.• Analyze accounting data to discern trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting rules, laws, and regulations, including General Equivalent (GE) tax regulations.• Maintain a robust system of internal controls to protect the organization's assets and financial data.• Oversee the prompt and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.• Manage fixed asset activity, which includes tracking depreciation and ensuring proper capitalization.• Develop and manage debt schedules, including loan payments and interest accruals.• Negotiate favorable terms with lenders and ensure prompt debt repayments.• Analyze accounting data to generate detailed financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.• Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
