Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily running and coordination of the reconciliation team.
Review and analyze the team's work to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to team members.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, internally and externally.
Prepare financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
Develop processes to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and uphold strong internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the auditing process.
Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Superior leadership abilities, with a history of leading successful teams.
