Remote position available! An educational institution in Bergen County, NJ is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract to full-time basis. The Accounting Manager will have primary responsibility over the general ledger, and will supervisor a small staff. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will prepare journal entries, reconcile bank accounts and subledger accounts, analyze accounts, distribute invoices, and assist with monthly close and periodic audits. The ideal Accounting Manager will have strong Excel skills, experience with Sage 100, and will be an effective communicator.
