- Assist with invoicing and matching of financial transactions to maintain fiscal integrity
- Audit and reconcile a backlog of checks and receipts to match to appropriate transactions
- Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze transaction logs
- Provide operational accounting support as needed to ensure smooth financial operations
- Leverage your skills in QuickBooks and Accounts Receivable (AR) to optimize accounting functions
- Utilize your knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) to manage and process customer credit applications
- Exercise strong attention to detail to audit, research, and analyze transaction logs
- Use financial reconciliation skills to ensure the accuracy of all financial data
- Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not a must-have.
