We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry, based in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will manage several tasks such as processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly• Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally• Keep track of customer accounts and perform necessary actions• Efficiently process a large volume of invoices on a weekly basis• Implement matching and batching of invoices, excluding coding• Utilize various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for daily operations• Perform data entry tasks and account reconciliation• Conduct regular check runs for accounts payable• Assist in other tasks related to accounts payable as needed.
