As part of our growing manufacturing company, this role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume AP environment and grow into a more advanced position within the department over time. The ideal candidate will have strong AP experience, familiarity with general ledgers, and a basic understanding of GAAP principles related to debits and credits.Key Responsibilities:Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.Ensure timely month-end close for AP by the 7th of each month, completing tasks with precision.Maintain and reconcile AP records in compliance with general ledger requirements.Utilize Acumatica ERP software for accounts payable tasks; prior experience with Acumatica or similar systems is preferred.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all invoices, payments, and documentation are in proper order and accounted for.Prioritize attendance during the critical first week of the month to perform month-end close responsibilities.Maintain compliance with company and industry guidelines, ensuring accuracy in all processes.Qualifications:Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume environment.Basic understanding of general ledger processes and GAAP principles, with a focus on debits and credits.Familiarity with Acumatica software is highly desirable but not required; other ERP experience a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle deadlines effectively.Comfortable working on-site during the first week of each month, and committed to ensuring all month-end tasks are completed.Self-starter who is responsible, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally within the department.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for growth into higher-level responsibilities within the departmentA collaborative and supportive team environmentComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement savings
