We are searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role is a short term contract employment opportunity within the service industry. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main duty will be to manage our accounts payable by processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities:• Accurately process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner• Provide hands-on management of full-cycle accounts payable• Use Accounts Payable (AP), QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel regularly to maintain and update records• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Conduct training for new staff members or existing staff as needed• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed correctly and efficiently• Maintain meticulous customer credit records
