Then we have a position for you, we have an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist for an expanding company.The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the following:· Maintain vendor files and set up new vendor accounts· Process invoices daily, code invoices, and ensure accuracy of AP· Perform a 3-way match and investigate any differences· Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes· Review and reconcile vendor statements· Process employee travel and business expenses· Apply customer payments to invoices and remotely deposit checks· Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately
