Robert Half has a long-term contract / contract / temporary to permanent position available for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Associate to become an integral part of a rapidly growing team at a company in the Pharmaceutical industry. The Accounts Payable Associate will resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, and match, batch, and code invoices. An individual in this position will need a high aptitude for computer software, be mindful of details and a self motivator.
Responsibilities
- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
- Fullfill full-cycle A/P
- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required
- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
- Provide support to internal business partners
- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
