We are in the business of real estate litigation and are located in San Francisco, California. Our team is currently in need of an Associate Attorney. As part of the team, you will be handling cases from initiation to conclusion, making court appearances, and getting trained in San Francisco housing law. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage multiple cases from beginning to end• Draft legal pleadings for various matters• Conduct thorough law and motion practices• Respond efficiently to discovery requests and draft responses• Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trial calls• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success for our clients• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of San Francisco housing law• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills• Exhibit excellent research and writing skills• Multitask independently and manage time effectively
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
