Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and review claims while assessing liability, damages, and potential exposure in a variety of personal injury, business, or other civil matters
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation, understand the scope of their issues, and advise on case strategies to position them for optimal outcomes.
- Engage in direct negotiations with opposing parties, insurance adjusters, or counsel to resolve disputes outside of formal litigation
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-litigation case handling, with a strong focus on personal injury or civil disputes
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to resolve disputes before formal litigation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
