Attorney/Lawyer

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to become a part of our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be primarily handling litigation and insurance defense tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil litigation cases and provide legal guidance
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements
• Represent clients in court during civil litigation proceedings
• Handle insurance defense matters
• Deal with personal injury protection (PIP) and bodily injury cases
• Develop strategies for the successful resolution of cases
• Provide legal advice to clients on no-fault insurance claims
• Maintain open communication with clients to keep them informed about their case progress.
• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing of any state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field.
• Proven experience in civil litigation is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse clients and maintain strong client relationships.
