We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Goleta, California. The role involves working in the industry, handling vital tasks such as responding promptly to customer billing queries, collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience, and managing all customer interactions and inquiries through SalesForce and Zoura. Responsibilities:• Efficiently and accurately apply customer payments.• Identify accounts with collection issues at an early stage and take immediate action for resolution.• Keep Accounts Receivable current and accurate through regular reconciliation of customer accounts.• Collaborate with other internal teams to mitigate risk and enhance the customer experience.• Process bank deposits accurately via desktop check deposit.• Assist with the invoicing process to ensure all customers are billed timely and accurately.• Persistently pursue all past due accounts to ensure ongoing collection efforts.• Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to customer billing inquiries via phone and email.• Leverage SalesForce and Zoura to manage all customer interactions and inquiries.• Work closely with other departments to optimize the customer experience while resolving billing cases.
