We are currently seeking an experienced QuickBooks Conversion Specialist for a 2-3 day project for our client in Bensalem PA in moving their financial data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. You will be primarily responsible for a seamless transition of all accounting data with a special focus on ensuring all invoice data is appropriately transferred.Responsibilities:Accurately converting all financial data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online Plus or Advance, as suitableVerifying to ensure that no inventory, fixed assets or payroll processes are maintained within QuickBooksDeveloping precise estimates of the time required to fully complete the conversion processReconciling and verifying that all historical data has been properly convertedEnsuring invoice and packing slip templates are fully set up and ready for useProviding clarifications on what specific invoice data will transfer from QuickBooks DesktopHandling technical inquiries and providing post-conversion supportQualifications:Prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks OnlineDemonstrated ability to convert and reconcile data between different financial systemsStrong technical problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.The ideal candidate will bring a process-driven approach to our conversion project, ensuring that all historical data is accurately reflected in the new platform and that the transition is seamless, on schedule, and within the project scope.
