My client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to drive the success of their exciting new brands. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales growth and establish the brands as household names, working within the existing Marketing and Creative Teams structure to execute new brands.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create and implement 360-degree Go-To-Market plans for each product, leveraging the resources and expertise of the Marketing and Creative Teams.
- Manage advertising, PR, social media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement, utilizing the established networks and partnerships within the organization.
- Oversee e-commerce listings to ensure listings are on brand, optimize product presentation, and collaborate with the E-commerce and Advertising teams to launch and grow listings effectively.
- Create and control a cohesive brand identity through our websites, Amazon storefronts, strategic partnerships, campaigns, and experiential marketing.
- Provide sales/retail placement support by working closely with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and materials at the point of sale, leveraging the existing distribution and retail channels within network.
- Implement innovative promotional campaigns to maximize brand exposure and reach new audiences including guerrilla tactics, events, and more
- Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to expand brand reach and drive authentic connections with the target audience, leveraging existing relationships and exploring new opportunities within network.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all channels while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in brand management and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying brand messages both internally and externally.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities and innovate to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive and unified approach to brand management.
