Our client, named to FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is hiring a Business Analyst II to join their ATI Salesforce Competency Center.In this role, you’ll act as a business consultant, a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams, and a strategic problem-solver helping shape high-level solutions across the organization. You will capture the current state of the business, document as-is processes, design solutions, and support the evolution to future state operations — all aligned to enterprise goals.What You’ll DoServe as a key translator between business needs and technical teams, shaping scalable Salesforce solutions.Gather, document, and refine business requirements for complex, multi-functional initiatives.Work with stakeholders to understand current challenges, define business processes, and identify improvement opportunities.Document current state (as-is), partner in building solution designs, and define the future state journey.Support Robert Half’s multi-year transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, including front office modernization and preparation for agent force/digital labor initiatives.Use usability frameworks and tools to present user journeys and process maps.Maintain functional knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and assist with solution alignment.Collaborate on process automation and business transformation projects.Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for analysis and insights.Build strong cross-functional relationships, facilitating alignment and maintaining high service levels.
