We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will specialize in evaluating, designing, and managing compensation programs that align with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analyses of compensation data to ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Design and implement compensation programs aimed at enhancing employee retention and fostering engagement.
- Conduct industry benchmarking studies to evaluate and compare compensation practices.
- Oversee salary surveys and analyze findings to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to compensation processes.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations regarding salary structures.
- Create and present reports to communicate findings and strategic plans for compensation.
- Evaluate existing compensation initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support the creation and dissemination of company compensation policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on topics related to compensation.
• Proven experience in compensation analysis and administration within a meticulous and organized setting.
• Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and survey methodologies.
• Familiarity with compensation-related regulations and compliance standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
