Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will specialize in evaluating, designing, and managing compensation programs that align with organizational objectives. This position is based in Freehold, New Jersey, and presents an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analyses of compensation data to ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
• Design and implement compensation programs aimed at enhancing employee retention and fostering engagement.
• Conduct industry benchmarking studies to evaluate and compare compensation practices.
• Oversee salary surveys and analyze findings to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to compensation processes.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations regarding salary structures.
• Create and present reports to communicate findings and strategic plans for compensation.
• Evaluate existing compensation initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Support the creation and dissemination of company compensation policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on topics related to compensation.

• Proven experience in compensation analysis and administration within a meticulous and organized setting.

• Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and survey methodologies.

• Familiarity with compensation-related regulations and compliance standards.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
