Controller

Mid-size manufacturing company with global headquarters located in Northern Morris County is seeking a Controller.    This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the manufacturing facility along with the books and records of 5 subsidiary companies.  Candidate will develop and maintain financial records and budgets, manage inventory and cost accounting, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Will have an accounting or finance degree and 5 years of accounting experience along with experience in a manufacturing company.  Prefer candidates that started in public accounting in an Audit Role before transitioning to corporate accounting.  Strong accounting software skills and any experience with EPICOR is a plus as well.  Must have experience working with Inventory.   Will also assist with working with the Auditors as well and year end accounting responsibilities along with good presentation skills as well.    The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $150-180K range depending on experience and including good benefits. Very nice office location and environment in Northern NJ as well.
