Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization.• Handle the processing and management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).• Regularly audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy.• Use CRM and Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update financial records.• Implement the use of 3M and ADP - Financial Services for efficient business operations.• Prepare and monitor the company's budget processes.• Identify and implement strategies to improve financial processes and procedures.• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.• Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.
